摘要
研究了文石型碳酸钙晶须、轻质碳酸钙、钛酸钾晶须及其填充聚丙烯 (PP)和高密度聚乙烯 (HDPE)复合体系的介电性能。粉体介电性能的测试采用了 TR- 10型电桥的粉末电极系统 ,复合体系介电性能的测量是将其制成片状试样后利用三电极系统进行的。通过实验发现 ,钛酸钾晶须由于晶体结构的不同而具有较高的损耗值。文石型碳酸钙晶须表面所残留的 Mg Cl2 对介电性能有明显的影响 ,当使用去离子水将残留的 Mg Cl2 清除后 ,无论是粉体本身还是使用它的复合体系 。
The dielectric property of aragonite whisker, light\|weight calcium carbonate and potassium titanate whisker was studied. The dielectric property of composites of polypropylene (PP) and high\|density polyethylene (HDPE) packed with these three fillers was investigated also. Property test of powders was carried out by using the powder electrode system of TR\|10 Bridge and the property of polymer matrix composite was observed by traditional 3\|electrodes system after molding them into flake samples. Based on the results of experiments, it was found that potassium titanate whisker has a high dielectric loss because it has a lattice structure with strong interior electrical field. The residual magnesium chloride (MgCl\-2) on surface of aragonite whisker affects the property of aragonite and its composites greatly. After removing them from aragonite whisker by immersing whisker into distilled water, the dielectric loss of aragonite whisker and its composites decreased notably.
