摘要
介绍了振动法监测电力变压器铁心及绕组状况的原理。根据对测量对象等的分析 ,在合理选择了传感器、电荷放大器及采取了一系列的抗干扰措施后 ,设计并组成了一套完整的测试系统。利用该系统提取了试验用小型变压器在空载情况下的振动信号。从提取的振动信号频谱图可看出 ,该测试系统可正确测取变压器在空载条件下铁心的振动信号。试验表明 。
The pinciple of monitoring the conditions of the power transformer’core and winding by measuring the tank vibration is described. By reasonably choosing the sensor and the charge-amplifier, and adopting some measures of anti-jamming,a set of measuring system, the vibration of a transformer on no load condition is picked up. From the frequency spectra of the vibration, the primary test in the lab indicates that it is feasible to monitor the power transformer by the vibration method.
