在线裂解-气相色谱-质谱法研究灵香草浸膏的热裂解 被引量:9

摘要 为了研究灵香草浸膏的热裂解行为,采用在线有氧热裂解-冷阱捕集-气相色谱-质谱联用技术,模拟卷烟燃吸状态对灵香草浸膏进行了热裂解分析,并对灵香草浸膏热裂解前后的挥发性成分进行了比较分析。从灵香草浸膏的热裂解产物中共鉴定出64种成分,占总峰面积的88.27%,主要成分为高级脂肪酸及其酯类;灵香草浸膏热裂解后的挥发性成分数量多于裂解前(45个),说明灵香草浸膏经热裂解生成了新的化合物。热裂解前后共有的化合物有20个,主要是高级脂肪酸及其酯类、新植二烯、5-(羟甲基)-2-呋喃甲醛、3-羟基-4,5-二甲基-2(5H)-呋喃酮等化合物。在线有氧裂解模式更接近烟用添加剂样品的真实裂解状态,操作简单、快捷,结果准确。 In order to study the pyrolytic properties of Lysimachia foenum-graecum Hance extract,it was pyrolysed and detected by online pyrolysis-gas chromatography-mass spectrome-try( Py-GC-MS). The pyrolytic experimental conditions were designed to simulate the real com-bustion conditions inside a burning cigarette. The sample was heated at 30 ℃/s from 300 to 900℃( held for 5 s)under the flow of 9% oxygen in nitrogen. The pyrolytic components and vola-tile components were compared. The results showed that 64 pyrolytic components were detec-ted,with 88. 27% of the total peak area,including linoleic acid ethyl ester(10. 33%),hexade-canoic acid,ethyl ester(9. 12%),9,12,15-octadecatrienoic acid,(Z,Z,Z)-(8. 03%),2-furan-carboxaldehyde,5-( hydroxymethyl)-( 6. 02%),neophytadiene( 5. 12%),heptadecanoic acid, ethyl ester( 4. 50%),acetic acid,phenyl ester( 3. 51%),5-methoxy-2,2-di-methylindan-1-one ( 2. 73%). The number of pyrolytic components was more than that of the volatile components , and 20 components were identified in both pyrolytic components and volatile components, including higher fatty acids and their esters, neophytadiene, 2-furancarboxaldehyde, 5-( hydroxymethyl)-,and 2( 5H )-furanone,3-hydroxy-4,5-dimethyl-. The on-line pyrolysis was similar to the real cigarette combustion conditions. The method is a simple,rapid and good qualitative method for the pyrolysis.
