解析瞬态电晕放电成像的物理过程。根据气体放电的流光理论 ,采用 ns级脉冲放电技术 。
This paper discusses the physics process of transient corona discharge photography. By streamer theory in gas discharge, nanaosecond pulse discharge technology is used, and good resolution images of coins are obtained.
