摘要
目的研究鹰不泊和沙苑子体外抗氧化活性。方法采用清除DPPH自由基测定法,对两种中药不同溶剂提取物抗氧化活性进行评价。结果鹰不泊提取物抗氧化活性顺序为丙酮提取物>乙醇提取物>水提物,沙苑子提取物的活性顺序与之相反。结论两种中药都具有抗氧化活性。
Objective To study the antioxidant activity of Zanthoxylum avicennae and Astragalus complanatus in vitro. Methods The antioxidant activities of two traditional Chinese medicine were evaluated by DPPH radical scavenging. Results Eth- anol extract from Zanthoxylum avicennae showed higher DPPH radical scavenging activity than water extract, and lower than that of acetone extract. The activity order of Astragalus complanatus extract is on the contrary. Conclusion Two traditional Chinese medicine had antioxidant activity.
