介绍了 2 2 0 k V阻水型交联电缆的屏蔽、绝缘厚度设计、阻水设计和试制过程的工艺要点。
In this article, author explains some prblems of the design and trial production of a 220 kV high voltage cale with XLPE insulated and waterprooflayer. They are the design of insulation thickness, the properties of the metal sheath and its thickness selection and rolling shape,and key process of the trial production. The article indicates the type test demonstrates that the product meets the design requirement and some index are superior to desgn requirment.
