EPS材料性能的实验研究

A Experimental Research on Properties of EPS

通过对国内生产的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料(EPS)的物理力学特性的试验研究 ,并结合国外对EPS材料的应用与研究成果 ,详细分析了表观密度为 2 0kg/ 、4 5kg/ 的EPS的物理力学特性。进而证明了密度为 4 5kg/ 的EPS板材的物理力学性能完全可以满足土木工程的要求 ,该种材料具有吸水率小 ,含气量高 ,且抗压性能良好 ,即使在浸水状态下抗压强度也不会受到明显的影响。

By physical mechanic experimental researches on properties of Expended Polystyrene(EPS) made in Peking,and in accordance with application and research conclusions of EPS overseas,the properties of EPS of density of 20kg/,45kg/ are analysed in detail.and it proves that EPS of 45kg/ mechanical properties can meet the demands of embankment.This material has the properties of watertightness,lightweight and very good cube strength,even in the water,the compression strength of this material will not be weakened obviously.
