摘要
对X195机油泵转子短幅内摆线等距曲线齿形的形成进行了一定的研究 ,主要从方程的推导 ,坐标点的求出到模具的初步设计进行了论述 ,并利用线切割机进行了模具的制作。
The formation of the rotor profiles which are the isometric short range internal swing curves is studied for X195 engine oil pump.The deriving of the equations,calculating of the coordinate points and the design of the die are primarily discussed.Finally the making of the die is implemented by using the line cutting machine tool.
