应用铸造式快扩治疗安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类边缘病例的临床探讨

摘要 目的观察应用铸造式快速扩弓矫治安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类边缘病例的临床疗效,为正畸临床使用这一扩弓装置提供依据,以丰富安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类边缘病例的非拔牙矫治经验。方法对15例安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类边缘病例采用铸造式上颌扩弓配合直丝弓矫治技术进行非拔牙正畸治疗。分别在正畸治疗前后进行头影测量和模型分析。结果应用铸造式快速扩弓并结合直丝弓技术矫治后,ANB角减小1.5°,U1-SN角减小8.7°;6-6、4-4、3-3牙间宽度分别平均扩大5.6mm、4.3mm、3.9mm。结论铸造式快速扩弓器能有效的扩宽上牙弓解除拥挤和内收前牙,同时也协调了上下牙弓的大小,解除狭窄的上牙弓对下颌骨的限制,下颌骨有一定的近中移位,对解除下颌后缩,纠正深覆牙合、深覆盖,协调面型有重要作用。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of casting ripid expansion in the treatment of Class Ⅱdivision Ⅰedge patients. Methods Totally 15 ClassⅡ division Ⅰ edge patients were treated with casting ripid expansion (non - extraction) . Cephalometric and model analysis were used before and after treatment. Results After treatment, SNA andU1 - SN angle were decreased by 1.5°, 8.7°, the width of the 6 - 6,4 - 4,3 - 3 were expanded 5.6mm,4. 3mm, 3.9mm on average. Conclusion Casting ripid expansion can corret crowding and retract incisors by expanding the up- per arch width effectively. It can coordinate the upper and lower arches, correct overbite and overjet, improve profile.
