牙周牙髓联合病变与牙周感染的相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析牙周牙髓联合病变与牙周感染的相关性。方法回顾性分析2013年2月至2014年2月郑州市口腔医院收治的100例(100颗牙)牙周牙髓联合病变患者的临床资料。结果观察组中46例患者检出致病菌,54例患者未检出致病菌,阳性率为46%;对照组中所有患者均没有检出致病菌,阳性率为0。主要病原菌包括牙龈卟啉单胞菌、齿垢螺旋体、福赛类杆菌等。观察组患者的阳性率明显比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论牙周牙髓联合病变的一个重要症状就是牙周感染,临床可将牙周感染作为诊断牙周牙髓联合病变的主要依据。
