摘要 为了解决太阳能供暖设备与建筑一体化问题,发明了"与建筑一体化的墙体型太阳能集热器",并试制实物样机.该集热器的采光面是由上下呈锯齿形的不锈钢波纹(三角形)板的大面组成,将透明的三角形波纹板敷设在不锈钢波纹板之上并保持一定间距,再通过塑钢方框进行组装密封,制成墙体型太阳能集热器.工作时,采光面将吸收的热量传导给三角形腔体内的液体工质使之汽化,蒸汽通过保温换热水箱内部的冷凝管凝结为液体,回流到集热器的三角形腔体内如此反复,实现了集热和换热的自循环.试验表明:该集热器不仅提高了热效率,而且还替代了部分墙体.应用该集热器可以实现太阳能与建筑一体化. In order to solve the problem of Solar heating equipment and building integration, this paper invented a wall-type solar collector integrated with building and produced an in-kind prototype. The lighting surface of the collector is made up of Zigzag-shaped stainless steel bellows (triangles) board, the transparent triangular corrugated board are laid on stainless steel plates and maintain a certain distance. Then assemble through the sealed plastic box and make it into wall-type solar collector. While at work, the heat which the lighting surface absorbs will conduct to a triangular body cavity and vaporizes it. The Vapor passes through a condenser heat exchanger inside the water tank and condenses into liquid and then flow back to the triangle cavity of the collector So on and so forth, achieves a self-loop of heating collecting and exchanging. The experiment shows that, this collector can not only enhances heat efficiency, but also replace some wails. So this study drew a conclusion that the application of the collector can achieve the result of building integrated with solar energy.
