摘要
针对非致命电击武器效能评估问题,采用模糊综合评价的方法.分析了影响非致命电击武器效能的关键因素,建立了非致命电击武器效能评估指标体系,采用定性分析和定量计算相结合,将模糊评价法应用到非致命电击武器的效能评估中,确定了模糊评判矩阵,建立了评估模型.比较了三种不同类型的非致命电击武器效能,得出了符合实际情况的结果.
In order to solve the problems of evaluating the efficiency of non-lethal electrical weapon, this paper brought up the fuzzy comprehensive method, analyzed the key influence factors to non-lethal electrical weapon's effectiveness, and built a non-lethal effectiveness evaluation index system. By utilizing the combination of quantitative calculation and qualitative analysis, the fuzzy evaluation method was applied to the non-lethal weapon effectiveness evaluation, determined the fuzzy evaluation matrix, and chose the fuzzy comprehensive method to build evaluation model. Finally, through the analysis of examples given non-lethal electrical weapon efficiency score, and comparing the three kinds of model types of non-lethal electrical weapon efficiency, it is concluded that the results tally with the actual situation.
