The present international system, balanced and imbalanced

世界经济2014年将在新兴市场国家和发达国家"双引擎"驱动下步入复苏轨道。"双引擎"模式能够让发展中国家更多地参与到国际经济舞台中,有利于推动全球经济向着平衡稳定的方向发展。发达经济体推动经济由"虚化"向"实化"转型成效明显。

Under the background of the thorough development of world multi-polarization and economic globalization, the structural changes are continuous and the international pattern adjustment is profoundly. Balance is relative and imbalance is absolute. The current pattern of international imbalances show both the economic frictions between countries, territorial or resources disputes and security interests and turf wars, and the country's economic model, the competition between different value orientation and shock. Balanced and unbalanced situation of the international pattern is mainly ref lected in four aspects: First, the overall world economy moves towards equilibrium but not synchronous development and asymmetric performance, which is different from the past. Second, the rise of global power is in the direction of the balanced development, but absolute power is still imbalanced. Thirdly, the global security situation remains generally balanced, but imbalances of local area and some areas are still outstanding. Fourthly, each country focuses on the more balanced strategy of soft power and seeks a harmonious coexistence, all kinds of civilizations meet collision and different social systems are in competitive coexistence.
