湛江电厂1^#汽轮机通流叶片点蚀现象的研究

摘要 通过对湛江电厂1^#汽轮机11-1^#末级叶片断口的宏观微分析,末级叶片点蚀形成过程的微观形态研究,1^#汽轮机凝汽器泄漏、通流部件严重腐蚀现象2^#汽轮机良好情况的对比调查,点蚀对疲劳寿命影响后果的试验研究等,找出1^#汽轮机通流叶片全面点蚀与叶片断裂的主要原因,阐述点蚀对叶片安全运行的危害,从而全面地论证:优良的汽水品质是电厂尤其是临海电厂保证叶片安全运行的极为重要的前提条件。 By macro and micro analysis of 11-1# last stage blade fracture of Zhan Jiang power station No. 1 turbine. Investigation of micropattern of processing in that the pits have been made on last stage blades. Investigation of leak of No 1 turbine Condenser, serious corrosion phenomenon of No 1 turbine' s parts comparing with No 2 turbine on which no any pit. Tasting and Study on effect of blade fatigue life by pit corrosion etc. Found the main reason of serious pit corrosion of blades and rupture failure of 11-1 last stage blade of No 1 turbine. Expound that pits corrosion is very harmful to blade' s safety service. Then prove: good steam and water quality is important premise condition for blade' s safety service of the power station turbine, especially seaside power station.
