手术治疗56例腰椎退变性侧凸的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of the Operation in Treatment of Lumbar Degenerative Scoliosis in 56 cases

目的:探究手术治疗腰椎退变性侧凸(DLS)的临床疗效。方法:随机选取在我院进行治疗的患有腰椎退变性侧凸的患者56例,对这些患者进行手术治疗,术式选择后路正中切口并进行椎管的减压,长节段进行固定加去旋转和凸侧的加压、椎体间融合术以及后外侧自体骨植骨融合术等。进过治疗后,观察比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果:手术后患者的临床症状以及影像学表现均有明显的好转,手术前后差异明显,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于DLS的治疗要严格掌握手术指征,确定个性化的治疗方案,进行彻底的减压,以便重建腰椎矢状面以及冠状面的平衡,最终达到稳定脊柱的目的、治疗疾病的目的。

Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect of operation in treatment of degenerative lumbar scoliosis （ DLS） .Meth-ods：56 patients with degenerative lumbar scoliosis were carried out in our hospital , operation treatment for these patients , the choice oper-ation was posterior midline incision and decompression of the spinal canal , long segment fixation and rotation and the convex side pres-sure, interbody fusion and posterolateral bone grafting fusion .After the treatment , the treatment effects were compared between the two groups of patients .Results：The clinical symptoms and imaging of patients after operation showed obvious improvement , and obvious differ-ence before and after operation , and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0 .05 ） .Conclusion：Operate indications in the treat-ment of DLS, determine the individualization of treatment regimens , and thorough decompression , in order to rebuild lumbar sagittal and coronal balance , finally achieve the purpose of stabilization spinal and treatment of disease .
