不同麻醉方法用于腹腔镜子宫切除术患者的效果分析

Study the Different Anesthetic Methods used in the Clinical Efficacy of Laparoscopic Hysterectomy Patients

目的:探讨不同麻醉方法用于腹腔镜子宫切除术患者的临床疗效。方法:我院就行腹腔镜子宫切除术患者共80例,2组患者分别给予硬膜外复合全麻方式和单纯全麻。结果:观察2组患者MAP、HR、CRP等检测水平,结果发现观察组患者检测水平要明显低于对照组。结论:采用硬膜外复合式麻醉方式行腹腔镜子宫切除手术的临床治疗效果更好,具有积极的临床推广意义。

objective： To study the different anesthetic methods used in the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic hysterectomy patients . Methods：our hospital is a total of 80 patients with laparoscopic hysterectomy , two groups of patients were given compound epidural anes-thesia and general anesthesia alone .Results：the observation of two groups of patients with a MAP , HR, CRP levels, the results found that the observation group of patients levels significantly lower than the control group .Conclusion： using epidural combined anesthesia line better clinical therapeutic effects of laparoscopic hysterectomy , has positive clinical significance .
