改良阴道黏膜瓣法治疗陈旧性Ⅲ度会阴裂伤临床疗效观察

The Curative Effect Observation of Improved Vaginal Mucosa Flap Method in Treatment oldⅢ Degree Perineal Laceration

目的：探讨改良阴道黏膜瓣法与分层缝合法治疗陈旧性Ⅲ度会阴裂伤的临床效果。方法：选取2007年1月～2012年1月间我院妇产科收治的31例陈旧性Ⅲ度会阴裂伤患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采取分层缝合法，观察组实施阴道黏膜瓣法。比较2组治疗效果及临床症状缓解情况。结果：观察组治愈率（93．75％）、下腹坠胀缓解率（87．7％）、性生活满意度（87．5％）明显高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：采用改良阴道黏膜瓣法治疗陈旧性Ⅲ度会阴裂伤，可有效减轻患者临床症状，提高生活质量，有积极临床应用价值。

Objective：To study clinical effect of vaginal mucosa flap method and straticulate saturation in treatment old Ⅲdegree peri-neal laceration .Methods：31 cases patients with old Ⅲdegree perineal laceration were divided into observation group and control group , control group were given straticulate saturation , observation group were given vaginal mucosa flap method .therapeutic effect and clinical symptoms betweenn two groups were compared .Result：observation group cure rate （93.75%）, ventral belly alleviate remission rate （87.5%）, sexual satisfaction （87.5%） were significantly higher than control group （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：improved vaginal muco-sa flap method to treat old Ⅲdegree perineal laceration , can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms , improve quality of life .
