摘要
目的:探讨生物反馈治疗广泛性焦虑的疗效。方法:通过对52例就诊于福州神经精神病防治院福州医学心理咨询中心的符合ICD-10广泛性焦虑诊断的患者,使用GSR脑电生物反馈治疗仪检测生物反馈治疗广泛性焦虑前后皮电反应的变化情况。结果:测试后广泛性焦虑患者的HAMA分数和疲劳因子显著下降,同时放松、注意力、记忆力等因子显著上升(p<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:GSR脑电生物反馈对广泛性焦虑患者具有一定的治疗效果。
Objective：To explore the effect of Electroencephalo -Biofeedback on Generalized Anxiety Patients .Methods：52 patients with generalized anxiety disorder （ ICD-10 ） , which took treatment in Medical Counseling Center of Fuzhou neuropsychiatry Treatment Centers,participated in the use of Electroencephalo -Biofeedback test .Results：The result of HAMA and fatigue were obviously lower , while relaxation, attention, memory improved significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Electro encephalo -Biofeedback is beneficial for the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder .
