综合护理干预预防ICU气管切开患者肺内感染效果分析

Effect analysis of prevention of lung infection for patients after tracheotomy in ICU by comprehensive nursing intervention

目的:对综合护理干预预防ICU气管切开患者肺内感染效果进行分析。方法:选取我院收治的ICU气管切开患者142例,随机分为2组患者,常规组患者70例,均采用常规方法进行护理干预;综合组患者72例,均采用综合护理干预措施,对比2组患者的护理干预效果。结果:综合组患者ICU治疗时间、肺内感染率、护理满意度均明显优越于常规组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者均没有发生因护理干预措施不当导致严重不良后果发生。结论:针对ICU气管切开患者采用综合护理干预措施能够有效的降低肺内感染的比例,减少ICU内监护治疗的时间,提高护理满意度,无严重不适症状,安全性较高。

Objective：To analyze the effect of prevention of lung infection for patients after tracheotomy in ICU by comprehensive nurs -ing intervention.Methods：142 cases with tracheotomy in ICU in our hospital were divided into two groups randomly .Routine group with 70 cases were treated by routine nursing care .Comprehensive group with 72 cases were treated by comprehensive nursing intervention . Effects of nursing intervention were compared between two groups .Results：The time of therapy in ICU , lungs infection rates , nursing sat-isfaction in comprehensive group were better than routine group＆#39;s.The difference is statistically significant （ P〈0.05） .There was no seri-ous adverse consequences happened .Conclusions：Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients after tracheotomy in ICU could reduce the lungs infection rates and time of therapy in ICU , improve the nursing satisfaction .It is safe methods without severe symptoms .
