人性化护理在临终艾滋病病人中的运用

Exploration of the humanistic nursing care and hospitalpice on AIDS patients

目的：对艾滋病病人实施临终护理人文关怀并总结体会。方法：选取我院2007年11月～2013年12月住院治疗的34例临终艾滋病病人，实施临终护理人文关怀。护理要点包括：安置于单独病房，对病人及家属进行全程人性化心理护理，个性化的对症护理，科学的尸体处理。结果：对临终艾滋病病人实施临终护理人文关怀可减轻病人痛苦和不适，从而改善了患者的生存质量，并给予了病人家属精神上的支持。结论：对艾滋病病人实施临终护理人文关怀可有效的使病人安详、从容的走完生命历程，维护了患者人格及生命尊严。

Objective： To explore the humanistic nursing care and hospitalpice on AIDS patients and summarize the experience . Method：To choose 34 dying AIDS patients in our center from November 2007 to December 2013 to treat with humanistic nursing care and hospitalpice .The key points of nursing include：placed in separate ward , the human psychological care of patients and their families throughout the therapy ,individual symptomatic nursing , scientific disposal of bodies .Results：Humanistic nursing care and hospitalpice can reduce pain and discomfort in dying AIDS patients ,thereby improve the quality of their rest life and give moral support to their fami-lies.Conclusion：Humanistic nursing care and hospitalpice can effectively make the AIDS patients walk through the rest time calmly and serenely , maintain their personality and dignity .
