摘要
[目的]分析外源Ca2+对玉米幼苗在盐胁迫下的缓解效果。[方法]以玉米为试验材料,用100 mmol/L NaCl对玉米进行盐胁迫处理(对照组),试验组在此基础上加入20 mmol/L CaCl2溶液,待玉米幼苗长至三叶期后测定其生理生化指标。[结果]施加了外源Ca2+后玉米幼苗叶片中POD活性在0.05水平显著升高,可溶性糖和叶绿素含量在0.05水平显著增加;MDA和脯氨酸含量在0.05水平显著降低。[结论]外源Ca2+对玉米幼苗NaCl盐害有一定的缓解作用。
[ Objective ] To analyze the alleviating effects of exogenous Ca2+ on maize seedlings under salt stress. [ Methods J Taking maize as material, treating with 100 mmol/L NaCl (control group), the experimental group on the basis of adding 20 mmol/L CaCl2 , measuring the physiological and biochemical indexes for maize seedling at 3-leaf stage. [ Results] After application of exogenous Ca2+ , MDA content in leav- es of maize seedlings decreased significantly; the content of soluble sugar and chlorophyll increased significantly. [ Conclusion ] Exogenous Ca2+ could alleviate action on maize seedlings under salt stress to a certain extent.
