摘要
[目的]对唇香草脂肪酸成分进行GC-MS分析。[方法]利用索氏提取器提取唇香草脂肪酸成分,对脂肪酸进行甲酯化后,运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术,对分离的化合物进行结构分析。[结果]共鉴定出10个化学成分,其中主要成分为9,12,15-十八三烯酸(12.38%)、棕榈酸(6.28%)和棕榈酸甲酯(5.08%)。[结论]该方法分析了唇香草的脂肪酸成分,为唇香草的进一步开发利用提供了依据。
[ Objective ] GC-MS analysis was conducted on fatty acid from Z. clinopodioides. [ Method] The fatty acid in the Z. dinopodioides was extracted by Soxhlet Extractor, and the chemical constituents from the herb were identified by GC-MS. [ Result] 10 compounds were identi- fied, the major components were 9, 12, 15-octadecatrienoic acid ( 12. 38% ), Hexadecanoic acid (6.28%), Hexadecanoic acid methyl ester (5.08%). [ Conclusion ] The fatty acid from Z. dinopodioides was analyzed, which will provide reference for further development and utilization of Z. clinopodioides.
