木屑对盐碱土中玉米幼苗生理生化指标的影响 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]以大庆地区盐碱土为研究对象,通过添加一定比例的木屑,探讨木屑对盐碱土的改良效果。[方法]在盐碱土及添加木屑的盐碱土中盆栽玉米,待三叶期时,测定玉米幼苗叶绿素、渗透调节物质、丙二醛含量以及抗氧化物酶活性的变化,阐明木屑对盐碱土的改良效果。[结果]添加木屑后玉米幼苗可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、丙二醛含量、过氧化物酶活性显著降低(P<0.05);叶绿素含量和过氧化氢酶活性变化不显著(P>0.05)。[结论]木屑对盐碱土具有改良的效果。 [ Objective ] To study the effect of sawdust on improvement of saline-alkali soil based on Daqing area by adding a certain percent- age of sawdust. [ Methods] Potting corns separately in saline-alkali soil with sawdust and others without sawdust, then determining the changes in the content of chlorophyll, osmotic adjustment substances, malondialdehyde and antioxidant enzyme activity at the three-leaf stage of corn seedlings to clarify the improvement effect of sawdust on saline-alkali soil. [ Result] After having added sawdust, the soluble sugar, soluble protein, malondialdehyde content, POD activity of corn seedlings decreased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ), while changes in chlorophyll content and activity of CAT were not significant (P 〉 0.05). [ Conclusion] The sawdust has effect on improvement of saline-alkali soil.
