规模化肉鸡养殖加工循环经济园区模式分析

Large-scale Broiler Breeding and Processing Based on Mode of Circular Economic Park

在禽流感疫情严重威胁家禽养殖业的背景下,对规模化肉鸡养殖加工循环经济园区进行了分析.该模式是一种全产业链集成循环经济园区模式,实现了“种植-饲料加工-优良育种（孵化）-养殖-屠宰-食品加工”全环节废弃污染物集中无害化处理、资源化利用,实现了全程安全管控追踪,保障了食品安全.该模式在节约成本和实现效益方面表现优异,可节约传统模式下鸡肉生产成本的1/3 ～1/2,并兼顾社会利益和经济利益,促进“高效、安全、零排、循环、可持续”农牧食品加工产业的发展.

Under the serious threats of Avian Influenza to the poultry industry, this paper analyzed the large-scale broiler breeding and pro- cessing based on mode of circular economic park. Such mode was a complete industrial chain integrated mode. It could realize comprehensive utilization of wastes in all links from planting, feed processing, incubation, breeding, slaughtering, to food processing. It was helpful to realize the entire security control and tracking, to ensure food safety. Compared with traditional mode, this mode is excellent in cost saving and bene- fits realization, it could save 1/3 to 1/2 of production cost. It combined both social benefit and economic benefit, and promoted animal hus- bandry and food processing industry with high efficient, safe, zero emission, circular, and sustainable characteristics.
