为了适应谐波源和网络参数的随机变化 ,提出了一种有源和无源滤波器统一优化配置的机会约束规划模型 ,给出了用基于随机模拟的遗传算法进行求解的方法。该模型可在整个配电网络范围内优化有源和无源滤波器的安装地点和参数 ,在谐波水平按给定置信度满足限值要求的前提下 ,使滤波装置的安装费用最小。并给出一
A chance constrained programming model for the unified optimal allocation of active and passive harmonic filters with considering the random variations of harmonic sources and network parameters is proposed in this paper, and a genetic algorithm based on stochastic simulation techniques is given. The objective is to minimize the cost of filters by optimally determining their locations and parameters on the whole distribution network, while the harmonic voltages are restricted to their limitations with prespecified confidence levels. Test results on a 16 bus distribution system are presented.
