摘要
结合该校实际与自己的教学经验,依托《食品工艺学》从教学内容、教学方法和考核方式3个方面进行了教学改革探索,以期为同类应用性课程的教学改革提供参考。
Combined with the actual situation of Hebei Normal University and the authors' teaching experience,a series of teaching reform prac- tices were carried on theory teaching reform of Food Technology from teaching content, teaching methods and evaluation methods, aiming to pro- vide some positive reference for similar application course teaching.
