摘要
对5个贵州高原粳稻的研究表明:贵州高原粳稻的Pn、Pr存在极显著的品种间差异,不同品种平均Pn与Pr间存在极显著相关,接近于一个常数,该常数约为20%,与Pn、Pr无显著相关,变异系数极小;贵州高原粳稻与矮秆粳稻辽粳5号杂交F_1的Pn、Pr平均分别比贵州高原粳稻高17%和26%,但仅Pr有优势,Pn无优势,F_1平均与贵州高原粳稻接近,与Pn、Pr无显著相关,且变异系数很小。
Based upon our experment of five Guiznou Plateau Local Keng Rice varieties, the results were summarized as follows. Highly significant differences of Photosythetic rate (Pn) and Photorespiratory rete (Pr) exsisted between different varieties. It showed highly significant positive correlation between Pr and Pn.The ratio of Pr to (Pn + Pr) between varieties approached a constant value about 20 percent. The average net Photosynthetic rate (Pn) and Photorespiratory rate (Pr) in F1 hybrids between tall-statured Local Keng Rice and short-statured Keng rice-Liao Keng 5 was higher than that of the former parent. In F1 hybrids, the heterosis of Pr were observed but Pn showed no heterosis. The average ratio of Pr to (Pn + Pr) in F1 hybrids approached to that of tall-statured Local Keng Rice, and showed no significant correlation with Pn and Pr. and the coefficients of variance was very small.
