摘要
为确定黄瓜中愈伤组织继代培养中激素浓度的最佳组合,以黄瓜不同外植体,诱导初代愈伤组织,利用最佳外植体子叶诱导的愈伤组织进行继代培养,采用响应面设计分析方法,进行二次多项式回归拟合,预测数学模型,并进行激素浓度组合寻优。结果表明:模型的决定系数R2为0.9957;激素浓度的最佳组合为MS+6-BA 1.009 mg/L+IAA 0.5502 mg/L+AgN031.1026
To optimize hormone combination of cucumber callus subculture,primary callus were induced by different cucumber explants,then primary callus were sbucultured.The mathematical model was established by central composite design combined with response surface methodology and the concentrations of hormones for callus subculture were opti-mized.Result showed that the determination conefficient R2 of the model was 0.9957.Optimal combination of hormone for callus subculture of cucumber was MS with 6-BA 1.009 mg/L,IAA 0.5502 mg/L and AgN03 1.1026 mg/L.
