摘要
自中国加入世贸组织以来,企业面临的竞争已不仅仅局限于国内同行,外企也逐渐融入角逐之中,企业间竞争愈演愈烈。企业的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争,工资绩效考核制度作为淘选人才竞争的手段之一,在企业发展中发挥着举足轻重的作用。通过阐述企业工资绩效考核制度的双刃剑性质以及当前工资绩效考核制度普通存在的一些问题,对健全工资绩效考核制度提出几点建议,希望能对相关企业有所启发。
Since China joined the WTO, enterprises are facing competition has not only limited to domestic counterparts, foreign companies have gradually integrated into the competition among the intensified competition among enterprises. Competitiveness of enterprises in the final analysis is the talent competition, talent competition one of the means of panning performance appraisal system as wages play a pivotal role in enterprise development. By double-edged nature of some of the problems described the current performance appraisal system of ordinary wage existing performance appraisal system, to improve the wages of the performance appraisal system to make a few suggestions, hoping to inspire the relevant companies.
