创业机会识别:概念和影响因素 被引量:1

摘要 创业机会识别是指创业者识别新的创业机会的过程,是创业的初始阶段。在整理创业机会识别概念的基础上,综述了影响机会识别的个体因素(包括创业警觉性、先验知识、社会资本和创造力)、机会因素及各因素的交互作用。最后对未来研究进行了评价和展望,提出通过实证研究厘清各影响因素的作用机制将是未来研究的重要方向。
