摘要
有效解决系统故障条件下分布式孤岛功率平衡调控问题,对于制定实际运行调度策略,提高电网供电可靠性具有重要的指导作用。建立了功率平衡调控模型,提出分解聚合求解算法:首先定义了功率支撑指标与孤岛划分判据,实现孤岛划分算法并得到功率划分矩阵;在此基础上,考虑多功率裕量运行的调控模型适应性,应用功率划分矩阵与控制向量进行潮流计算并得出多功率裕量下的调控曲线,依据曲线适应性评估算法,求解对应指标最优的控制向量。进而联合功率划分矩阵计算,获取调控模型的最优解空间。算例的计算结果验证了该方法的有效性。
Solving the power balance control of distributed generation (DG) island, under the condition of system fault, is of great importance for the actual dispatching strategy formulation and improving reliability of power supply. In this paper, the power balance control model was established and the decomposition-aggregation solution algorithm was proposed. Firstly, the power support index and the island partition criterion were defined and the island partition algorithm was applied to obtain the power partition matrix. On this basis, considering the adaptability requirements of the proposed model under multi-margin operation, the power partition matrix and the control vector were used to calculate the multi-margin control curve, the optimal control vector was obtained by the curve adaptability evaluation. Thdrefore, associating the power partition matrix with the optimal control vector, the optimum solution space of the proposed model was obtained. The results of the samples demonstrate the validity of the new model and method.
