叶片塑化单元内熔体速度场的数值模拟 被引量:1

Numerial Simulation of Velocity Field of Melt in Vane Plasticizing Unit

摘要 研究了叶片挤出机的叶片塑化单元内周期性熔体的速度场。选用Bird-Carreau黏度方程,应用POLYFLOW有限元软件模拟了聚丙烯在叶片塑化输运单元中的流动;通过对模拟速度场的分析,明确了叶片塑化输运单元中流体的速度分布规律和流动特性,并为叶片单元结构的改进提出了合理建议。模拟结果表明:叶片塑化输运单元中存在拉伸流动;物料在叶片单元内实现了互换流动。 The periodically melt velocity field of vane plasticizing unit in vane extruder was studied. Based on Bird-Carreau viscosity equation, the flow of polypropylene in the vane plasticized transport unit was simulated by using finite element software POLYFLOW; the fluid velocity distribution and flow characteristics in blade plasticizing convey unit were made clear through analysis of the simulation results of velocity field, and the reasonable suggestions were proposed to improve the structure of the vane unit. Simulation results show that the elongational flow exits in plasticizing convey unit, and the exchange flow of material realizes in the blade unit.
