正交法分析钢纤维再生橡胶混凝土的抗压强度 被引量:8

摘要 采用正交试验分析再生粗骨料掺量、再生骨料强化方式、橡胶颗粒掺量和钢纤维掺量方式四个因素配合比对再生混凝土抗压强度、轴心抗压强度和抗压弹性模量的影响规律,通过正交分析得:橡胶颗粒影响最大,钢纤维掺量影响次之,再生骨料掺量和再生骨料的强化方式影响大不,同时能满足再生骨料混凝土抗压强度、抗压弹性模量要求的最佳正交组合为A2B2C2D2。 The influences of four factors including the contents of recycled coarse aggregate, rubber particles, steel fiber and enhance- ment pattern of recycled aggregate on the compressive strength, axial compressive strength and compressive elastic modulus of recycled concrete were investigated by utilizing the orthogonal experiment method.The results showed that contents of rubber particles mostly affect mechanical properties of recycled concrete, then the contents of steel fiber, contents and enhancement pattern of recycled coarse aggregate had no significant effect on mechanical properties of recycled concrete.And the optimum orthogonal combination design satisfying the re- quirements of compressive strength and compressive elastic modulus of recycled concrete simultaneously was A2B2C2D2.
