摘要 以C35混凝土为基准,取再生骨料掺量为30%、70%,用1~2mm橡胶颗粒等体积取代砂配制橡胶再生混凝土,通过试验研究了不同橡胶颗粒掺量对橡胶再生混凝土拌合物坍落度、含气量及基本力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着橡胶颗粒掺量的增大,混凝土拌合物的坍落度逐渐减小,含气量逐渐增大。橡胶再生混凝土的抗压破坏形态呈一定的延性破坏,掺30%橡胶颗粒再生混凝土的拉压比和折压比分别是普通混凝土的1.17、1.24倍。随着橡胶颗粒掺量的增加,抗压强度和轴压强度降低幅度最大,受压弹模降低幅度相对较小。利用扫描电镜技术分析橡胶再生混凝土的内部破坏。 Based on C35 concrete, mixed with recycled aggregates at a rate of 30% ,70%, and made the sand replace by rubber with the same volume, then made the rubber-recycled concrete.By the experiment, we study the influence of the slump, entrained air content and the basic mechanical property of rubber-recycled concrete that mixed with different rates of rubber.The result show that:with the increase of the rubber, slump of concrete decreases gradually, air content increased gradually.The failure mode of the rubber-recycled concrete belong to ductile fracture.Compared with the normal concrete, the tensile compressive ratio of the rubber-recycled concrete that mixed the rubber of 30% is1.17 times of it,and ratio of bending strength to compressive strength is 1.24 times.With the increase of the rubber,the strength of the concrete is decreased obviously, reduction of compressive strength and axial compression strength are the largest, the reduction of pres-surized elastic modulus is lower than above.Using SEM technical analysis rubber recycled concrete internal damage.
