摘要
对配制无机聚合物混凝土的激发剂最佳模数、水玻璃最佳掺量及矿粉和粉煤灰质量比等指标进行了大量试验工作,获得制备无机聚合物混凝土碱激发剂的合理参数指标,据此制备掺入不同膨胀剂的尢机聚合物砂浆及混凝土试件,并对其符自膨胀性能进行测试,试验结果表明:激发剂模数在1.0~2.0范围内,无机聚合物体系初凝和终凝时间随激发剂模数及水玻璃掺繁增大而逐渐延缓;调整激发剂模数为1.5,水玻璃掺量20%,矿粉与粉煤灰质量比为7:3,可顺利制备无机聚合物混凝土;掺入HCSA膨胀剂的砂浆和混凝土均能表现出良好的膨胀性能,偏高岭土对于改善无机聚合物混凝土前期干缩具有较好的效果。
Experiments are carried on the optimal modulus of alkali-activator,the optimum amount of water glass and slag and fly ash quality ratio, to obtain reasonable parameters of alkali-activator for preparation of inorganic polymer concrete( IPC ), then preparation inor-ganic polymer mortar and concrete specimen incorporation different concrete expansion agent, and to test their swelling properties, experi- mental results shows:The activator modulus' in 1 to 2 range,inorganic polymer system setting time and final time is gradually slow with the increasing of alkali-activator modulus and water glass content;adjusting the alkali-activator modulus to 1.5 ,water glass content to 20%, slag and fly ash mass ratio to 7:3, then inorganic polymer concrete can be carried out smoothly; the mortar and concrete incorporation of HCSA expansive agent can exhibit excellent expansion performance, metakaolin is better for the improvement of inorganic polymer concrete early shrinkage.
