摘要
近年来,由于混凝土市场的供需失衡以及混凝土生产企业的恶性竞争,混凝土生产企业因货款被拖欠而提起诉讼的案件日渐增多。本研究通过对混凝土销售合同中易引起争议事项的法律分析,为混凝土生产企业更好地维护自身权益提出建议。
In recent years, due to the imbalance of supply and demand of concrete market as well as the vicious competition of concrete producer, the number of litigation cases which are noticed because of defaulted loans of concrete producer is increased.The matters which can easily cause dispute in concrete sales contract are analysis, in order to provide rational suggestion to the concrete enterprise to better safeguard their own interests.
