摘要
分别研究了废旧橡胶颗粒掺量对水泥砂浆力学性能的影响以及硅灰的改性作用。结果表明:随橡胶颗粒掺量增加,水泥砂浆试样3、7、28 d的抗压强度、抗折强度均呈下降趋势,韧性指数呈增加趋势;5%硅灰改性剂加入橡胶水泥砂浆,改善了橡胶颗粒与水泥基体的界面结合,其界面孔隙变小。经硅灰改性的橡胶水泥砂浆试样3、7、28 d的抗压强度和抗折强度,与未改性的橡胶水泥砂浆试样相比分别提高了49.6%、53.1%、37.3%、51.9%、17.4%、17.7%。
This work examined the influence of waste rubber aggregate dosage to mortar Physical properties and modification effects of silica fume.It showed that with the increment of rubber aggregate content, the compressive strength and flexural strength of Cement mortar specimen of 3,7d, 28 d showed a downward trend.However, the toughness index increases; 5% silica fume modifier to join the crumb rub-ber mortar,the interface bonding of rubber particles and cement matrix was improved and its interface pore decrescent.compared with the modification of silica fume crumb rubber mortar and unmodified specimens in 3,7,28 d compressive strength and flexural strength, The modified specimen respectively increased by 49.6%, 53.1%, 37.3% and 53.1%, 17.4% and 17.7%.
