缓凝剂复配对超早强灌浆料性能影响研究 被引量:7

摘要 为探讨缓凝剂对超早强灌浆料性能影响,对市场上常用缓凝剂进行初步筛选后,进一步测试和分析了不同掺量硼砂、葡萄糖酸钠、及二者的复合对超早强灌浆料凝结时间和强度性能的影响。结果表明:葡萄糖酸钠和硼砂复配合比例为1:4,掺量为0.45%~0.55%时,初始流动度、30min流动度、和易性、早期强度和中后期强度最佳,性能指标均满足要求。 To explore the influences of retarders on the performance of the super high early strength grouting material.a preliminary screening of commonly used retarder on the market, further testing and analysis of the different dosage of borax, different dosage of sodi-um gluconate, as well as the influences of the compound two, the setting time and strength of super high early strength grouting material. The results indicated that, Sodium gluconate and sodium borate compound proportion for 1:4, the dosage for 0.45%-0.55%, initial fluidi-ty, fluidity of 30 min, Workability, early strength and post strength were best and meet the performance requirements.
