破解城镇化“核心”难题——襄阳的实践探索及启示

To Solve the Core Problem of Urbanization:Based on the Practice and Enlightenment of Xiangyang

推进城镇化,核心是人的城镇化。化"人"的核心和本质,不应完全是把人移到城镇,而应该是因地制宜,让农民不管身处何地,都享受到城镇化的生活品质。因此,城镇化中的化"人"要分类推进,重点是造福百姓和富裕农民。湖北省襄阳市对此开展了有益的探索,具有一定的启示和借鉴意义。

The urbanization of person is the core of putting forward urbanization. Its core and essence is that acting according to circumstances so that farmers are able to enjoy the quality of life in the process of urbanization wherev er they are, instead of putting people migrate to cities and towns entirely. Therefore, the urbanization of person nee ds to be propelled after classiifcation and focus on bringing prosperity to the people and increasing farmers＇ income. Xiangyang, Hubei province has carried out some useful explorations to this issue, which offers certain beneifcial refe rence and enlightenment for us.
