贵州省探索土地股份合作利益联结机制的思考——基于某企业与农户契约的观察

Thinking of Benefi t Coupling Mechanism for Cooperation by Land Stock in Guizhou Province——Based on Investigating the Contract between a Company and Farmers

土地股份合作最早在经济发达地区的农村试行,其核心是利益,对产业发展、区位和市场等要求较高,不具有普遍适用性。对于欠发达的贵州,土地股份合作对促进农业产业化经营、实现农业农村经济的持续健康发展又有怎样的作用?文章以贵州省施秉县城关镇某村、农户和贵州某企业的土地股份合作为例,通过对其合作契约的考察,对土地股份合作制的影响及今后发展可能面临的问题进行分析,为今后推广土地股份合作利益联结机制,推动农业产业化可持续发展提供政策建议。

The earliest trial of cooperation by land stock was implemented in rural zone of the developed areas. Proift is its core, so the trial of cooperation by land stock has relative higher requirements on the development, location and markets of the production, which do not result the universal applicability. For the undeveloped areas Guizhou, what’s its role of the trial of cooperation by land stock about promoting the industrialization of agriculture and achieving sustainable development of agriculture and rural economy？ The paper takes the cooperation by farmers’ land stock between a company and farmers in Shibing county Guizhou Province as an example, through investigating its cooperation contract to analyze the inlfuence of the cooperation by farmers’ land stock and the issues that may be occurred in the future development and providing some policy recommendations to promote the beneift coupling mechanism of the cooperation by farmers’ land stock sustainable development in the agricultural industrialization.
