生命周期视角下农民专业合作社的信任问题研究——基于胜利果乡农民合作社的案例分析

The Research of Trust of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives in the Life Cycle Perspective: Based on ‘ShengLi GuoXiang' Farmers Cooperatives Case Analysis

信任对农民专业合作社的形成与发展至关重要。根据生命理周期论,农民专业合作社跟其他组织形式一样可分为诞生、成长、成熟与分化(衰退或再发展)四个阶段。相应的,农户对合作社的信任也会随着生命周期呈现规律性变化,即诞生阶段表现为关系信任、成长阶段表现为制度信任、成熟阶段表现为系统信任;信任破裂会出现于任何一个阶段并导致合作社的衰退。据此构建出合作社生命周期信任发展模型,并对促进合作社信任的维持提出建议。

Trust is vital to formation and development of farmers＇ professional cooperatives. According to the life cycle theory, specialized farmer cooperatives like other forms of organizations, can be divided into the birth, growth, maturity and differentiation （recession or redevelopment） four stages. Accordingly, the farmers’ trust for cooperative also showed regular changes with the life cycle, that is, born stage shows the relationship trust, growth stage shows institution-based trust, mature stage shows system trust. Trust rupture can be occured at any stage ,and it causes the decay of cooperatives. Based on it, the research built a cooperative trust development life cycle model and proposed some suggestions for promoting cooperative trust＇s maintenance.
