广东农村土地流转问题研究

Study on the Rural Land Circulation in Guangdong Province

本文首先通过分析广东农村土地流转对农业经济社会的影响来说明农村土地流转的重要性;接着阐述了目前广东农村土地流转的状况及突出的几个问题;再者,为解决其问题,运用计量模型分析了影响广东农村土地流转的因素及影响程度;最后,依据以上分析得出结论并提出对策建议。

To begin with, this paper illustrated the signiifcance of rural land circulation through the analysis of the inlfuence on agricultural economic society from rural land circulation in Guangdong .And then, the author elaborated the current condition and outstanding issues of rural land circulation in Guangdong. Additionally, the author built a metrological model to analyze the elements and impact degree of rural land circulation in Guangdong. Finally, the article presented several policy proposals according to analysis above.
