Policy Sciences and Think Tank Construction

本文探讨政策科学与智库建设的关系,说明智库是政策科学成长的摇篮,政策科学是智库建设的支撑学科以及如何通过政策科学的大发展促进中国特色新型智库的建设。作者认为,为落实习近平总书记关于中国特色新型智库建设重要批示的指示精神,当前学界应该做的一项重要工作是大力发展作为交叉学科的政策科学,夯实智库的学科或知识基础;设立公共政策硕士(MPP)专业学位,加强政策分析专门人才培养,以推进中国特色新型智库建设。

After examining the relationship between policy science cradle of policy science while policy science is one of the promote the new think-tank construction with Chinese and think--tank, this paper explains that think-tank is the support subjects of think-tank construction, and also how to characteristic through the development of policy science. It ar- gues that , to carry out the guiding spirit of Significant Instructions on New Think-tank Construction with Chinese Characteristics by General Secretary Xi Jinping, an important task of current academia is to develop the multidiscipli- nary subject of policy science, consolidate the disciplinary foundation of think-tank, establish the professional degree of Master of Public Policy （MPP）, strengthen the training of professionals of policy analyzing , which contributes to an overall construction of new think-tank with Chinese characteristics.
