摘要
利用MATLAB仿真软件建立三相SPWM逆变器电路的仿真模型,通过对逆变器正常或故障时输出的电压等要素进行频谱或谐波分析,重点对线电压各次谐波进行了分析。依据各类故障时谐波次数总结出故障特征,以此作为故障检测与诊断的依据,具有较好的实用价值。
With matlab simulation software, three-phase SPWM inverter system simulation model is established, through the normal or fault inverter output voltage factor such as spectrum or harmonic analysis, all the harmonics analysis of the line voltage are focused on. Based on the number of harmonics, summing up all kinds of fault characteristics, the principle based on the fault detection and diagnosis have good practical value.
