摘要
转矩的高准确度测量对自动控制及制造业等领域都具有非常重要的意义,基于此,本文设计了一种新结构的转矩测量装置,包括磁电感应式转矩传感器和信号处理电路。转矩传感器通过磁电感应将转轴受到的负载转矩转化为绕组的角位移,从而输出相应的电信号,再通过信号处理电路将与负载转矩对应的模拟电信号转化为数字信号。最后采用高精度扭力计对测量装置进行了标定,分辨率为0.5N·m。
High accuracy measurement of torque for the automatic control and other areas of manufacturing industry has a very important significance, a torque measuring device is designed in this paper, including the magnetoelectric induction type torque sensor and signal processing circuit. The load torque is converted into angular displacement of windings by magnetoelectric induction principle, and output a corresponding electrical signal, the analog signal for load torque is converted into a digital signal corresponding to the signal processing circuit. Finally, the torque measuring device is calibrated by using high precision torque meter, and the resolution of this device is 0.5N·m.
