关于提高农村英语教育的若干意见

随着经济的全球化运动,中国在国际事务上扮演着愈加重要的角色,学习好作为国际语言的英语对中国认识世界以及世界了解中国起着至关重要的作用。因此,英文教育在我国文化教育中占有很高的比率,主要反映在教育的各主要升学阶段,英文科目一直与国语同等比重。相对于其他的科目,英文教育与学习的城乡差距随着近几年教育资源的结构性矛盾愈来愈明显,农村的英文教育受制于农村落后的经济、政治和文化环境。本文在承认这种差距的前提下,对农村英文教育提出若干可实施的意见。

With the economic globalization movement, China plays more and more important role in international affairs, so English which as an international language plays a vital role for Chinese to communicate with the world. Therefore, in the culture education of our country, English education occupies a high proportion of. It mainly reflected in the education of the main entrance examination, English course has been equal to mandarin. Compared with other subjects, English education gap between urban and rural areas has become more and more obvious in recent years as the structural contradiction of education resources. Rural English education is enslaved to the behindhand economy, politics and cultural environment. In this paper, author put forward some opinions that can carry out on the rural English education on the premise of admitted this gap between urban and rural.
