摘要
本文从面向知识经济时代的战略高度出发 ,立足于我国高校改革、发展和全面推进素质教育的实际 ,结合高校领导干部“讲学习、讲政治、讲正气” ,论述了提高高校领导干部素质的重要性和紧迫性 ,分析了高校领导干部的必备素质及修养途径。
The article begins with the strategic principle of the knowledge economy time,through the reality of the reforms,developing and the quality education's engancing of colleges and universitites and the “stressing study,emphasizing politics,advocating honesty” of their leading cadre to stress the inportance and urgency of increasing the leading administrator's quality,and mainly to analyse the indispensable quality and the approach of their culture.
