摘要
近年来,我国食品专业学位研究生的培养过程中普遍存在照搬学术型研究生的培养模式、师资队伍组成结构单一、缺乏有效的管理制度和培养质量评价体系等的不足。鉴于此,本文以扬州大学食品科学与工程学院为例,通过建立课程学习、专业实践和学位论文相结合的食品工程专业学位研究生培养新模式.完善企业研究生工作站的管理制度以及建立适用于食品专业学位研究生的新型质量评价体系等,提出了依托企业研究生工作站的平台,培养食品工程专业学位研究生的新模式。
In recent years, there have been several shortages in the education process for food engineering postgraduate of professional degree, such as imitating the training mode of academic postgraduate, as well as lacking of rational teaching structure, effective administrative system and quality evaluation system. Therefore, it is important to establish a new education mode for food engineering postgraduate of professional degree by enterprise graduate workstations. The education mode is a combination including courses study, professional practice and academic thesis. The complete administrative system for enterprise graduate workstations and new quality evaluation system suitable for food engineering postgraduate of professional degree are also needed.
