摘要
根据我国研究生教育面临的形势与任务,从内涵式发展概念和特征出发分析研究生教育走内涵式发展道路的要素构成,包括外部环境要素和自身内在要素。外部环境要素主要包含政府引导和支持、社会参与和协同等,自身内在要素主要包含优质资源汇聚与共享、结构优化和分类培养、培养方案完善与课程教学改革、教师队伍建设与导师责权统一、激励制度及其运行机制、质量监控和保障体系等。并通过描述分析国内外研究生教育改革发展现状,提出实现内涵式发展的可行性和启示。
Based on the current situation and responsibilities of China's postgraduate education,this article,from its concept and characters,aims to analyze the main components for the connotative development of postgraduate education,including external environment and internal elements.The former refers to governmental induction and support,social participation and cooperation while the latter good resources' gathering and sharing,structure's optimization,classification training,training program's perfection,teaching reform of courses,construction of faculty,unity of tutors' responsibilities and rights,incentive system,operating mechanism,quality monitoring and security system,etc.The feasibility and some inspirations of connotative development are proposed after descriptively analyzing the reform and development of postgraduate education at home and abroad.
