摘要 总结中国矿业大学(北京)矿物加工工程专业在构建创新型人才培养模式方面所采取的具体措施和实施效果,全面介绍体现煤炭加工利用特色、突出创新能力和工程能力训练的课程体系,以及"创新训练"教学环节的设置和实施方法。通过分析从实习基地建设、实习教学安排和强化实习效果等方面改革实习教学模式的有效途径,提出"设计→实习→再设计"的毕业环节新模式、设计过程管理标准以及实现课堂教学和课外自主学习有机融合的技术方法。 The article summarized the specific measures and implementation effect on constructing the innovative talents training mode of Mineral Processing Engineering major in China University of Mining and Technology(Beijing),comprehensively introduced the course system of reflecting the coal processing and utilization characteristics,highlight the innovation ability and engineering ability training,and the teaching links settings implementation method of "innovation training".Through the analysis of the effective way to reform practice teaching mode by constructing practice base,practice teaching arrangement and strengthening practice effect,the article put forward the new model of the "design-practice-redesign" for graduation,proposed the design process management standards and technique to realize the organic integration of the classroom teaching and the autonomous learning out of class.
